SkyWatch Friday

Here I am at mount Dovrefjell back in April this year. On a bright and sunny day with clear blue sky. This was a perfect day for me and the memories are glued to my brain. For an amateur like me to see and to photograph these great animals is just spectacular.

For more blue, dark, rainy or sunny skies around please visit SWF Homepage. Feel free to join.

  3. Great shot Ivar. It's not an everyday view to look into the behind of a fully grown musk ox ... or nine ;-D

  4. Stilig Ivar, og jammen treger en kanskje ikke være redd for den vinteren. Bildet ditt var jo så flott, moskusen derimot, den er vi litt redd vel...

  6. This has an 'ice age' quality, doesn't it? What an amazing shot of these beautiful animals. I can feel the quiet.

  7. Utrolig vakkert!

  16. Ivar, I just missed your photos! I hope you can still remeber me, Steven from Cavite Daily Photo(Philippines) I was gone for like 7 moths to focus on my Thesis.

This photo is just simply breathtaking! I pause for like 15 seconds. i cannot talk! I can imagine your experience on that place! I just hope I can see such wonderful scenes and creatures in Norway!

By the Way, i was very lucky to watch a BCB Documentary about the Northern lights. It was really stunning and it made me want to go more to Norway! I remembered you right away by the time I realized that the Docu was about Norway.

just one question? Have you seen the Northern Lights?

Greetings and Hope to see you soon on my blog!!

    Steven^^

  27. Hey Ivar...nice to see your name in my comments again!!

The apology should come from me...I have not visited any blogs in some time...same reason as you....busy at work and at home...I also have an incredibly slow connection which doesn't make surfing the net very fun.

It was great catching up with your blog as well. It has been fun to watch you grow as a photographer...you are now in the professional class!! Good Job!!

    Cheers,

    Scotty
