SkyWatch Friday

These two photos are from yesterday. A wonderful day. Today this is gone. The temperature increased several degrees and it is raining.

The first shot is what you see when you lay down on the snow between some trees and look up to the sky.

  8. You were not making snow angels then in the first picture.
So much snow, lovely pictures thank, you for sharing.

  9. Wonderful photos! I like the shape formed by the 'negative space' of the sky with the trees round, on the first one also.

The blue colour palette is so tranquil and meditative.

I wish I could read Norwegian - I keep trying to in some of your comments. The word 'flott' comes up often - does this mean wonderful or beautiful or a similar meaning?

  10. So beautiful. I've never seen snow like this before. It doesn't really snow here. It just kind of freezing-rains and ices. I'd love to see that snow in person--even if I was freezing my tail off!

  11. I remember snow. I don't see it anymore. All we seem to get these days is rain and ice storms. Your pictures are wonderful! Thank you for the wintry meditation.
