SkyWatch Friday


I watched this wonderful sunset this week when I was passing through the city of Namsos. I am standing at the harbour looking south west across the fjord. It was a cold afternoon. Your can see some ice in the water.

    Here in Portugal we have also great sunsets, specialy in Alentejo (country) and by the Atlantic Sea.

  23. Hi Ivar -- A very pretty picture (as usual).
    We aren't ready for your ice yet here in South Texas. It will be a cold day in H*ll when we have ice.
    Also the post below is wonderful, again here in this part of Texas we couldn't leave the outboard on the boat as long as this person did or it would be gone (stolen).

  33. Thank you for answering the first question that came into my mind on viewing your lovely sunsets, how much is water and how much is ice?
    It makes for incredible reflections.
    I've been away so I just caught up on your abandoned boat and My World posts too. I'm so glad the Railway Station is so beautifully restored.
