SkyWatch Friday

This is an attempt to create a HDR picture. 9 different exposures merged together.
I was watching this sunset monday this week. You see the lake Snåsavatn, north of Trondheim.

If you want to see more sunsets, sunrises, clouds and skies, please visit SWF Homepage.
Have a beautiful weekend.

  2. The end result is amazing, although I am guessing that any of those 9 is in itself amazing as well.

I could feel the size of the sea. It's fab with the sunset low in the horizon like this.

Klemmer**

    Which software did you use?

  8. A stunning photo, it looks like you got the HDR down pretty good. The colors, softness and composition are just fantastic.

  9. Yes, the first one is a reflection, than my son throws a stone into the pond. You see the water ripples at the second photo.
Thank you for your answer about the software.

  19. Good to start something new. To create HDR pictures is exciting because colours are changing in a nice way.
Beautiful sunset in the center and nice changeable blue colour.
    Ha en fin SWF,

  21. Vakkert Ivar.

  26. Great shot Ivar, so beautiful.

  27. Praktfullt! Likte så godt dybden i bildet:) Her er ikke like vakkert hver dag her hos meg.

Innmari flott lys og stemning her :).

  71. Ivar- I think you have done quite well. Balancing realism with imagination is the tricky part in HDR, and I think you've presented a very real looking image.
