Gløshaugen copy

This is my first HDR picture. 10 shots merged together, captured in Trondheim this summer. The large building is part of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

  4. HDR photos have a very otherworldly look. This one is awesome.

  12. Ivar- A very nice HDR! I know my first attempts didn't look like this. When I first saw HDR images, I became enamored, wanting to find out how those images were produced. Now, I hardly take HDR type shots anymore at all, but it really is a fun photographic technique. I can't wait until our cameras will be able to capture 10 stop dynamic range straight up in one image.

High Dynamic Range Imageing is new knowledge. Intriguing:

  18. Great depth in this one. It takes some extra time to make the HDR-image, but in this case I believe you made good out of the extra mile.

  21. How very cool, HDR is such a pleasure, excellent view to do this processing.

  22. Interesting. I'm split on HDR in general. The biggest problem is, that we don't have the monitors to actually really see the actual color depth, to technically make it work.
But it's a great 1st attempt - certainly better than mine!
    Cheers, Klaus
